Strada Environmental LTD are a licensed asbestos removal company serving both the private and public sector, throughout the whole of the UK. Due to impressive growth over the last 5 years, we are looking to take on a Contract’s Manager within our new office in Ayr.

Duties/ Responsibilities

Attend pre-contract meetings and site visits
Carry out site remeasures
Create and issue quotations
Produce all relevant method statements for the planned works ahead
Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
Agree client and subcontract final accounts
Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
Carry out site audits
Deal with and resolve any problems that occur during the project
Submission of monthly interim valuations

Desired Skills/Attributes

Relevant Degree (preferably honours)
Clean driving licence
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (required)
